Pet/s from China to U.S.A. must have:
1.Original Health certificate in English is issued or endorsed by a government or government-appointed veterinarian & dated within seven (7) days prior to arrival.
2.Original records of Vaccinations against the following must be older than 30 days but within a year prior to export:
For Dogs
- Rabies
- Canine Distemper
- Canine Hepatitis
- Canine Parvoviral
- Canine Parainfluenza
- Canine Tracheobroncheitis
- Canine Leptospirosis & Hemorrhagicicterus
For Cats
- Rabies
- Cat flu (Feline calicivirus, Feline viral rhinotracheitis )
3.Microchip implant
Important notes:
- Clearance of pet/s at the airport time is available from Monday to Friday (9:00am ~ 5:30pm), no weekends and public holidays.
- Majority airlines will be rejected the pet/s travel due to the heat(85°F or 30°C)
- There are two modes of entry into U.S.A.: Cargo or Excess Baggage.
