1.Original Health certificate in English is issued or endorsed by a Government or Government-appointed veterinarian & dated within seven (7) days prior to arrival.
2.Original records of Vaccinations against the following must be older than 30 days but within a year prior to export:
For dogs
- Rabies
- Canine Distemper
- Canine Hepatitis
- Canine Parvoviral
- Canine Parainfluenza
- Canine Tracheobroncheitis
- Canine Leptospirosis & Hemorrhagicicterus
For Cats
- Rabies
- Cat flu (Feline calicivirus, Feline viral rhinotracheitis and Chlamydia psittaci)
3.Microchip implant
4.Blood test – The pet/s must drawn the blood sample ( 30 days after rabies vaccination), and send to EU approved laboratory for testing. If the testing result are come back negative, the pet must stay in China for 90 days prior travel to EU(count from the date to draw the blood sample).
